Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges vary by provider and booking type:

Cancellation 7+ days before departure: Provider-specific charges (typically 10-25% of booking amount)
Cancellation 3-7 days before departure: Provider-specific charges (typically 50% of booking amount)
Cancellation less than 3 days before departure: No refund (100% cancellation charges)
Weather-related cancellations: Full refund or rescheduling option (subject to provider policy)

Note: Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after cancellation confirmation from the provider.
